We do our utmost to deliver the order to your home as quickly as possible.

We ensure that all orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Our courier, BPOST delivers from Monday to Friday.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is sent from our distribution center you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace code of your order.

Once your order has been taken with the mail deliverer you can follow it.

I am not home when my order is delivered, what should I do?

No problem! The delivery person will put a note in your mailbox and let you know which steps you should take in order to obtain your package. 

RETURN

Isn't the item exactly what you had in mind? A pity, but that can happen!

You have a period of 14 calendar days to revoke the agreement and to inform us that you will return the item.

As a customer, you are not responsible for the costs of the return shipment except for sale items in the period January and July. 

When you return a sale item, €4,00 will be automatically deducted from your refund as a return fee. 

Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code lost returns will not be reimbursed.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?

- Keep the articles in original condition and / or packaging including tag. If the item you return is damaged or the packaging is missing, we can hold you liable for the impairment that the property has undergone as a result and claim compensation for this that is proportional to this impairment.

(Article VI.51 §2 of the WER)

 

HOW DOES THIS WORK.?

STEP 1

Register your return via the tab 'return' on the website and receive your shipping label

STEP 2

We advise you to return the goods, unused, not damaged and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original labels. Together with the invoice form that we send you with the package. If no invoice is included, we cannot process your return. Please always enclose invoice form. 

STEP 3

Stick your shipping label on your package. 

STEP 4

Go to a Bpost office nearby and send your package.  

ATTENTION at the return address, packages cannot be physically delivered, only by courier service.

STEP 5

You will receive the amounts paid from us as quickly as possible back to your chosen account number. We undertake to make the refund at the latest within a period of 14 days after we have received the goods from you.

 

EXCHANGE

Do you want to exchange your purchase for another size? That's no problem!

The exchange of an article for the same article in a different size or color, counts as a new order. 

You return your old order within the trial period and give your new order in as usual.

We do not bring any shipping costs into your account and deliver your new order as soon as possible.
